A CEO of a multi-billion pound retail operation...a Nigerian refugee facing deportation... an under-performing sales manager...a CFO of an international telecoms operation...an institutional shareholder...a senior research scientist...a tabloid journalist...a disgruntled motorist returning her car. These are just a few of the hugely diverse range of the roles currently undertaken by our team.

Our professional role players represent a wide range of ages and ethnic backgrounds.

Many of our role players are professional actors with current performance experience ranging from mainstream television and theatre to experimental performance art. Many of them also have business experience - particularly valued by clients in terms of the added credibility this brings to role play scenarios.

Our role players are all experienced in giving supportive and challenging feedback to participants on their approach and the impact it has. An aspect of feedback that our clients also appreciate is our role players' ability to relate the experience of the role play situation to real life and the learning models/objectives of the particular course where appropriate.
