Impromptu was established in 1998 by Managing Director Connie Wiskin, and is led by a very experienced team of highly qualified people development specialists. The service we provide is bespoke to meet our clients’ needs but there is a common goal – to provide stimulating, innovative and meaningful training that achieves long-lasting results. So what do we mean by people development specialists? Impromptu is led by a team of Directors with a wealth of experience and qualifications in learning and development. We are passionate about, and skilled in developing people’s behavioural, performance and communication skills through interactive learning, simulation and role play methodologies.
