Steve Harvey (MA)
Steve Harvey is Finance Director of Impromptu Ltd. He has a background in teaching, marketing, sales, outdoor sports education and management development. Following gaining a degree in Creative Arts, Steve qualified as a teacher and then went on to complete an MA in Education (by research) at Warwick University. He has completed an MA in Management and Leadership Learning at Lancaster University (2012). Steve also holds a diploma in Performance Coaching.
Steve has a broad and deep interest in people development and brings his business and educational experience to bear on the design and delivery of enriching interactive learning experiences for professionals across all industry sectors. In addition to role playing up to senior business level, coaching and facilitating programmes across a broad spectrum of interpersonal skills development, Steve has designed many complex interactive business simulations across sectors including finance, retail, logistics, technology and utilities.
In the rare moments between work and study Steve finds time to compete in triathlons, is a member of a reading group and co-runs, with his wife, a taxi service for their three children.
