Customer experience ~ a number of key conferences over several years for audiences of between 150 to 400 for a global mobile telecoms operation. A variety of interactive approaches were used to introduce new ideas and stimulate behavioural change in an educational, engaging and entertaining style. The materials were generated from the basis of a sound understanding of the business, coupled with specific research into the relevant themes for each conference.
Logistics ~ Impromptu collaborated with an internal design team from the logistics division of one of the UK?s leading high street retailers for a run of conferences delivered to a total over 2,000 people from across the business people in groups of 200-300. The purpose of this part of the events was to help the other divisions to understand and appreciate the challenges faced by them in co-ordinating the pre Christmas logistical operation. Impromptu worked with the design team to research, plan, design, direct and deliver the events that also involved inducting and preparing performers from within the business.
Customer service chain ~ an interactive performance event, researched, scripted and hosted by Impromptu for a major financial institution to bring to life the customer service chain and to embed the notion of collective responsibility for customer experience. Impromptu provided the main performance focus but individuals from the 300 strong audience were, by arrangement, included in the performance piece in order to link back to real-life success stories.
