There is some great stuff in this tome and very well written. Again, a reference book rather than a bedtime read.

Another useful reference book giving an overview of the main themes covered in MBA courses with great chapters on core organisational topics such as marketing, finance, business ethics, organisational behaviour, strategy. Can be a little dry but contains some very useful information on how business works.
