Second book in the series, takes the relatively theoretical content of the original and places it in the work environment. A very sound and well researched practical look at EI in the real world.

The New Leaders: Transforming the Art of Leadership into the Science of Results

Builds on the first two books and focuses on the EI attributes of business leaders.

Coaching for Performance : Growing People, Performance and Purpose
Whitmore, J Nicholas Brealey.
An excellent and seminal book on coaching. Very readable. Whitmore has the skill to express complex ideas in a very straightforward and accessible way. This is a must read if you are involved with any of the coaching programmes we service.

Introducing NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming
O’Connor, J; Seymour, J Thorsons.
A very good overview of the field of NLP. Some very useful chapters on communication, perception, language and relationship building.
